Sure cxy could have done a few things differently just like many companies the DERM has probably overlooked but I will say after reading the so called expert report it is clear to see the Government (DERM) really should have taken steps and set out very clear guideine of what they wanted and much of this could have been avoided. On top of this it is also clear that the expert panel does not hold all the answers.

Could have detailed this in a much more lengthy post but I couldn't be bothered!
