Of course I am assuming. But I know where I'd much rather lay my assumptions. In the hands of professionals that get paid to manage compliance or an anonynmous opinion from HC?
There is an element of doubt in every aspect of our lives but it is my opinion that in this case, the doubt is not reasonable.
By the way, where did this allegation of an indirect holding come from? Wasnt it you that brought it up??
