I think the distribution and marketing expenses, I think come around the cost of stocking your product in pharmacy/Health food stores. also if they are getting scale through a distribution network they might need to cover sell in costs above a particular threshold. like it was said before, there is probably a concern around Blackmore’s and these customers want a different option quicker which comes with the short term impact to profitability.
VLS does have a large owner ship though from an international resident, however I think at the end of the day, Australian consumers care more about where the product comes from and where it was made/manufactured, which is a great opportunity for VLS. Would love to hear them talk more about this.
