NEU share price hit $1.29 on 31st Dec 2020 and increased to a peak of $2.42 on 3 Sep 2021. It subsequently fell to $1.8 following the capital raising. I would say it was a good run up as phase 3 progressed which is typical at that stage of the drug development journey
