I might offer a different perspective here.
Currently sits at around 70% of my portfolio, my thesis being that Infratil isn't a single business but rather an infrastructure holding company with 13 different assets, most of which are within hot subsectors of already hot megatrends.
I didn't target 70% specifically but am happy purchasing AUD$13.00 (NAV) for $9.73 at present. It came about because compared to my other investment options i.e., WES/CBA, Infratil in my opinion, at today's share price are better value.
