Good observations Snowy. Unfortunately you don't have all the facts. PFM is a private company with a greater tenement holding in PF than RR1, the water licence and all approvals in place, including the all important Letter to commence mining operations from DEMIRS. We have 'reached' out on multiple occasions to RR1 and are unfortunately in Wardens Court with them next week over their flawed Mining Lease Applications. They have treated us with disrespect and immaturity and there will be no deals with them unless they drastically alter their attitude. Even then we are moving forward with a new joint venture (without RR1) that will have a plant in town by the end of the year. A plant they will have no access to, unless the current Board has a seismic shift in attitude. Its sad, I've invested in RR1, only to see them squander the synergies we have together as companies. I and Airlegminer are sole Directors and owners of PFM and our patience has run out.
