The SUAS order was secured ~Dec2022, so before Ashurst joined in ~Sept2023, so it does not appear that he could have been involved insecuring that order, so hoping that what they have seen from him over the last ~1.5 yrs points to him managing the business well (especially given there seems to be a CEOs for the Armour business as well as the Technology business and he seems to have gone from COO to CEO ahead of the others in the company).
He seemed to be very senior in the Afghanistan operations (not only for Australia, but for Nato), so you'd want to hope he has plenty of contacts he can call up to pitch HCL product to (plus obviously more SUAS to the ADF).
The 2H25 orders on hand do not look great (and historically they have given quite detailed guidance for each division), so they need to get that facility up and running in Ohio and get some orders in for the armor that comes off the new facilities.
