Another perspective on the director selling (and I'm open to correction) is that both GS and HW are also directors of Acent Capital which was instrumental in the ASX re-listing of OBJ. It's not suprising then that once OBJ starts to find its feet and gain its own momentum that they should start to sell their holdings, ... at a profit of course. This way they can shift their attention to other companies they work with (I assume they don't have unlimited funds to do what they do).

Directors can sell for all sorts of legitimate / logical / business / personal reasons. It's not really fair to simply assume that it's all bad. But you're right, ... in the absence of any reasonable explaination it's certainly worth keeping an eye on.

Don't get me wrong ... I'm not married to the stock. I'm in for a profit like any other sensible trader. If it bites me on the bum, I won't pat it on the head and turn the other cheek.

Having said all that, if Jeff Edwards starts dumping huge amounts of shares ... THEN let's WORRY!!!
