these people that keep posting that CR (including SPP) is fully underwritten - i dont know why you take comfort in that ....the underwriters dont have the appetite to turn into long term holders they dont want the stock...they never did they just undrwrote it because they thought the discount was enough that they would not need to act as backstop bid. !! If they have to take the paper because the SPP is shunned then Best case is that there is a wall of stock overhanging the mkt at the offer price making a rally hard work - the worst case is the u/w lose patience/are forced sellers and just puke the stock into the mkt bid
