Voting to oust the directors and board is tomorrow.
And according to the corporations act ff a resolution to remove a director fails, shareholders cannot propose another resolution to remove the same director within the next 12 months.
So if they dont get what they want in tomorrows voting , they will need to wait 12 months to try to remove the directors again, in that 12 months PERs cash reserved would have shrunken substantially, so not sure if it will even be appealing.
