There's not much that can be added at this stage.

Along with TG6's wording, two other companies are presented that have had recent trading halts that, prior to the halt, had a significant or dominant Lithium focus. In the case of Pioneer, a CR was flagged in the ASX halt. In the case of Mi6, the word material was also part of the ASX trading halt announcement. Mi6 then went into suspension and had a series of announcements about the transaction but has remained in suspension since January. Their proposed acquisition is for a large project, much larger than Mi6's pre-halt market cap (or cash balances). They will be trying to put together a funding package to complete the deal.

With TG6 not having flagged a CR in its announcement then its most likely some sort of lower cost transaction including either a farm-in deal or an outright acquisition of a tenement or project, but at a modest total cost. Its impossible to tell from the announcement what they have reached agreement around. Sometimes new developments emerge while a trading halt exists so even the absence of a CR to secure the acquisition is not a given.
