oh your seriously complaining about the management team who have purchased and shipped a plant, and are navigating the tricky political landscape and mess with locals that the previous board created?

In reality NTL has been making and breaking production promises for far longer than 2 years, they might not be quite where they thought they would be at this point but atleast the board look like they are trying.

This year will be very interesting for NTL.
