I'm referring to your price targets. Nobody knows that, everybody have opinions. I first look at SP500 then at uranium ETF and then I will know what PEN should do, without any new news. That's why PEN should not go down anymore, if rest of market goes up.

I did 34% on PEN last year. But now my my gains are wiped, because I bought at 1,5$. My order was fill that day (I type 10% less than previous day close, wasn't expect to fall so rapidly).
