but a lot of selling too. I gather the ATM brokers are in mid cash raise via the ATM CR facility for HVY - i hear they are selling 1 million shares at 28 cents or better which goes to the company.- hence the bigger volumes. I guess they may have done the bulk of that today.
so good that the company has more cash for PFS etc..
