I remember a while back either reading or listening to Fabian speak that the chance of a Supreme administration court appeal that you're talking about occurs in 1% of all cases and with the strength of the paperwork, permitting and enviro studies completed already. It makes it highly unlikely that further appeals will be submitted.
I think there's a general confidence that drilling WILL occur November/December 2025.
Expecting approval Mid year. That will be a big catalyst!
