Is is possible some sort of agreement with a patron with deep pockets may be held up until America makes it clear what they intend to do about ring fencing Rare Earths from the west and put the screws on China, I'm guessing Tariffs wont come into play with critical minerals with Canada, although i did hear they may be getting some relief since Canada declared these drug dealers as terrorists and vowing to secure the border, so the full force can be applied via the military and the tariffs wont be needed now?
