To me, it just boils down to the simplicity of DISCUSSING your genuine concerns directly with management?
It's so easy, and they reply. Expressing your ideas and concerns on HC is, in fact, counter productive to your and others shareholding, and you CAN'T get the exact answers. So, you have all of their email addresses, give them a try first, before airing them on HC.
