share price has dropped 8% and it could all be a storm in a teacup.
one newspaper reported Healthscope lease 60% of HCW assets which is completely wrong.
only 57% of HCW assets are private hospitals and there are three tenants not just Healthscope in these properties.
and all this is over 1 months rent. My wife works for REITs and most of them have regular arrears
