freshinvestor93, STEM includes healthcare workers in fact the Country is dying for more qualified Nurses, Drs, Dentists, Chiros etc so yes, Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, in terms of Lawyers at least in NSW there has been a massive oversupply of Law Graduates for at least 25 years, I used to work for a Bank in Sydney and worked alongside Graduate Lawyers who were Financial Planners.
