ASX should let them cancel the prospectus, saying how on earth the management want to go for deeply deeply doscounted raise. Money received by them over the years should be shown by them as breakdown and let them justify why the CEO and Secretary and BoD were paid so high remuneration where there was no income other than receiving R&D incentives and SHs money through CR. These R&D incetives are also from SHs/Tax Payers taxes. How was this management allowed to run a company making money for them bypassing the regulators in the name of trials, lingering everything ... to keep them employed? Cancel their prospectus! Disregard their prospectus!
