So the "buy and hold HDR" crowd got burnt again...!!
When will traders learn to take profits,
WHILE THEY EXIST ... that means
getting your market timing right.
Enter on the run up to the spud date and have a
very specific time and/or price strategy to exit.
Watching stocks go up and down DOES NOT improve
the bottom line, when trading oil stocks ... that means,
a "buy and hold" strategy will not cut it !~!
Most important of all don't hold over the period
of an expected announcement ... if it is a positive
result and the market is trending up there will still
be an opportunity to get set in a trade.
Get this !~! ... HDR is just another oil stock to be traded
on the merits of each new well ... nothing more.
Placing your faith in this management, in a long term
play will only see you become bitter and twisted, as
the market gyrations take their toll.
Get a REAL trading strategy, TIME is on your side.
