Totally agree, over the past few years Bio’s entering Asx300 and 200’s have been the strongest sell signals. IMU is probably a bad example as it was pumped within an inch of its life on hype/ potential and not much else but carries the burden of an extremely high SOI therefore it’s far easier for the Insto’s to have its way with it. NEU is a very strong company and did the hard yards years ago going through with a consolidation of its SOI and now has a tight register. On great results it took off making the ASX 200 , in flooded the short positions and in the past 8 months the SP has more than halved. And of course I don’t need to explain the story here. Think it’s far more of a market thing than a fundamental failing.
Brutal isn’t it.
Question is , do these companies get a second chance of reaching their highs again?
