The founders decided to go that way??? Don't buy this theory mate.. do you understand that isn't the way to escape their responsibilities to Australian shareholders. They operate here, the laws apply to them here and they need to do the right thing on our behalf, that's the boards fiduciary responsibility, to maximise value to all shareholders. Read my last post. This isn't happening. Sad but true
