So as best I can work out, 5 no responders in cohort 1 at the lowest dose and 2 no responders in cohort 3? Anyone else come up with anything different?
Cohort 3 - "Nevertheless, two-thirds (67%) of participants in this cohort so far have shown reductions in PSA greater than 35%,"
I always had cohort 3 as 3 patients in my mind for some reason but it's 6 so it would appear that 4 had 35% or greater reductions but 2 didn't respond
Deduction comes from all cohort 2 and 4 patients having a response, only 1 patient in cohort 1 was reported as responding(the other 5 weren't mentioned) and then the above 2/3rds of 6 from cohort 3 as responders
