I am really bad with conspiracy theories, so help me out here. You are saying PH has thrown millions of his own cash and accepted $4 million of non dilutive funding so he can bankrupt the company? He then buys the bones for $1 and then on sells for $1 billion.
He could onsell now for $ 1 billion and still take most of that, being the largest owner! But I guess that isn't sexy enough.
I wonder if we will see his name in those JFK files when they get released?
