The healthscope assets are about $900m. 57% of the total assets of $1.6bn if you including the 49.6% of UHF the way HCW do.
At a 60% write off I still get about $0.50 of value, but UHF would probably be bust.
The current share price I think implies about a 42% impairment on the value of the Healthscope properties in HCW and similar level of impairment on the UHF asset value.
