The whole sector is down and ‘oversold’ but with our cash position and how far our purification and engineering technology has advanced (see RNU's last ann), we are at the head of the queue in terms of readiness.
Others are still figuring out their processes, and I should add that some will eventually need to raise the cap. Unfortunately, institutions will apply the standard equity devaluation of 25% to them. So, that's just one of the reasons why we are in a strong position. We're gone through that. Also, our cash position is producing healthy interest too.
Located in a safe True Blue location is also a strong advantage. With Australian policy tax incentives and support structures that can compete with China's subsidised industry.
Furthermore, the raw materials sector should benefit from South-east Asia's growth as geopolitical tensions between the US and Europe rise. Raw materials are the starting point of the supply chain, and we have unrestricted access to our material. This requires decisions being made well in advance of supply running out.
