Because it is a deliberate tool designed to destroy company share prices.....terrific for traders who dont give a damn...happy to gut any company.... but genuine long term investors used to see SP rises when companies expanded now they get destroyed no matter their intensive and fruitful expansion/development efforts.....thanks to that ASX encouraged company destroyer.
