re: Ann: LNC: LNC Receives Positive Report fr... Should be entitled "Peter Bond puts the boot in".

Seems strange to endorse a opaque regulatory process that could one day bite turn around and bite LNC in the bum also.
Could have just said:

"We have received approval. However we would like greater and formal clarification of of what constitutes a "high level of technical competency" so we can guarantee the fulfillment of our regulatory requirements in the future". Pretty short-sighted I think.
