Anyone who doesn’t understand that this is presently uninvestable shouldn’t be allowed to have a bank account. Until something changes and we get the news this is just gambling. And I’d suggest not great odds for equity investors. Brookfield has to recapitalise (saving their arse but at a terrible long term return) or someone takes a haircut (HCW will not come out unscathed, even if just distribution is cut to zero what price is a none profitable REIT worth?)
