thanks htae39. I was thinking about some of the discussions people have had regarding takeovers where buyout prices being negotiated are based on current share price. So if after the buy back we are still trailing $12 to $14, and offers are coming at $30 (hypothetically), before and after buy back, haven't we just discounted the company for the buyer?
