yeah. It’s worth something. But how much? How does HCW pay the loans back if the income dries up? If you know something the rest of us don’t then go ahead and “invest”, If not your gambling on the unknown. HCW has literally cut their guidance and told you they don’t know if they’re going to get paid rent on nearly 60% of their portfolio and have no idea yet as to how or when this will be resolved.
