    I have 1 curiousity… We havent seen the convertible debt note holder (Obsidian GP) convert more notes.

    At current count, there should still be some $300,000 - $400,000 that remains unconverted and as debt in the company.

    But he is subscribing a further $250,000 in equity.. Why didnt he just convert his $300,000 - $400,000 worth of debt notes into equity?

    It’s insignificant for sure but im curious for sure….
