Any Ravenswood ann should see the sp close the gap back up to 68 as a first stop easy...a lost 220 mil that more than offsets the government payments.
Also, the Middle East money will gobble up rsg soon enough. Long term investors will likely take any t/o offer with both hands.
My guess is a post Ravenswood buyout at 1.20...cheap for the company but investors will be glad to move on.
