question for more experienced investors

Hi,

I'm realtively new to investing in mining stocks, so still learning the ropes. I'd be keen to hear from the more experienced investors if the view given by Argo (see below) on the results of the MT survey are just their way of covering up dissapointing results or is this a reasonable statement?

From teh quarterly:

"There are several factors which have limited the efficacy of the MT technique, and argue against overinterpreting
the often quite subtle responses."
