I should add, with respect to the aforementioned TLX share sale by CB: As for the reason (stated by the AFR) - i don't know how accurate the AFR article is. I'm unaware of CB'S personal affairs and marital circumstances, but does that mean the other 2 sellers referred also have bitter divorces? in less cynical language, is that the real reason for the sale? (The AFR article even implied another 2 million shares was sold by his "ex-wife", which obviously is incorrect - that sale was by the other founding director of TLX! And as well the third seller is also a director - it seems to me it was well planned and well executed as a block trade.
