Yes Jonathan Brett doesn't hold any, curious as to why, but I don't see the concerns expressed in the other thread in terms of aligning interests.
If Brendan (who owns 2.6m shares) thought the other directors weren't acting in the best interests of the company I imagine he'd get them booted ASAP.
