I invested in SDI just a few weeks ago. My analysis was much more cursory than yours (I’m simply not capable of the rigorous financial analysis you each applied). I was satisfied to see an attractive PE, a decent dividend with franking, a pull back in the share price after the company was first pointed out to me by an analyst at a higher price, the encouraging beginning for Stela Stela, and a family with significant skin in the game. I contemplated the coming capital cost of Montrose, but judged it manageable, and likely to enhance growth down the track. When the stock fell below $1, I resolved to sit and wait, but move if it fell all the way into the 80’s. It did, so I pounced.
