The board had to address the allegations. Looks like they've taken steps to rectify the matter.
They likely wanted to address each issue separately as realistically the two issues may be unrelated - or at least they'll want to separate Swami leaving from the issues with the board.
Overall not a great situation - is a shame when dysfunctional management mess up the share price.
The product is good, sales are good, just need to look forward and take advantage of the drama induced plunge.
