The SP won't recover until the board is restructured. I'm very surprised of the breakdown, that it was allowed to sink as far as it has. If they keep fighting the substantial holders will demand change or orchestrate a takeover.
It seems to me that Williams is forceful with management unable to work with him. He rules, that's it.
The company needs a smart, skilful tough guy to open up the communication channels and get the job done.
