    Pocko,
As I understand it the primary options will be quoted on February 22nd. Surely that means they will be traded? See page 12 of the Prospectus.

    Terry,
I did an exercise on another site for you but I will repeat it here.

    Case A
Buy $1000 NWE Headshares now at 6 cents. Sell them at 40 cents in June 2013.
    Profit equals $5666.

    Case B
Buy $1000 NWE options at 0.75 cents gets you 133,333 Primary options. Exercise them in June 2011 costing $13,333. This gives you 133,333 Secondary options which
can be exercised in June 2013 for 20 cents, i.e. $26,666. Total cost is now $40,999.

Now own 266,666 Headshares which at 40 cents is worth $$106,666.
Profit equals $65667 or 11 times more than case A.

Imagine if they went to a $1.

NWE have a lot of irons in the fire and the next 29 months could deliver
    1. Perth oil ( via both NWE and EGO permits )
    2. Perth shale gas
    3. Wessex oil
    4. Puffin Royalties.

    Dreams are free.
