The troposphere is not a blackbody, so using the SB law to claim that greenhouse gases alone explain why temperatures are higher than the SB equation predicts is completely wrong.
Pressure, density, and the adiabatic lapse rate (aka gravity and the specific heat capacity of air) determine the actual surface temperature, not some BS radiative-only model.
