Very strange this whole thing. The more I look into it the stranger it is and more I expect a lowish TO… I don’t get why Swami didn’t just stand down why would he put the company and himself through this without a reason not helpful for anyone.
Could Swami be orchestrating something a bit bigger, why else go to the press?
Does he just want DW gone, is he that bad?
Does Swami just want a bigger payout?
I have found it strange that the lack of direction shown at the AGM from Andrew (US sales) and slower growth statement by Swami seem strange as well. I don’t get why you can’t pump this product out like Kelcsis did (mentioned at the last meeting).
Could he be trying to sell it cheaper than DW wants?
I’m genuinely hopeful either way we know soon because this dragging on isn’t going to get Swami paid more or help share holders..
