I note that the patent application was ruled as abandoned in 2023.

NA-921 (bionetide) is the drug said to have been successfully tested in a Phase 2/3 trial in Rett syndrome. The name bionetide certainly creates the impression of being a WHO approved INN (such as trofinetide). I’ve checked. It’s not.

NA-921 is said to be a small molecule once-a-day oral capsule based on a novel mechanism of action of GLP-1 and IGF-1 for which the Company has recently filed for patent protection.
