There is a thing called "team" behind success of any product and if your Chairman in the media for bullying & off colour remarks then that team is going through hell of psychologic & motivational downtime and it won't just come-up again because of emotional speech by hotcopper commentators.
see, why would anyone in PNV including sales team work hard if one day they can be called up bullied and harassed ? value of their exitance & hard work is under question now if CEO is going through this type of issues ! the incentive for CEO were far higher then that of sale team member. they can better earn that incentive at a workplace where everyone is treated with respect !
PNV don't deserve this type of media attention so learn to accept that if anyone right now putting PNV down then it is your Chairman ! If he cared for PNV or it's shareholder's investment then he would have leaved long ago and nothing would have came to news !
