Pretty sensational airing of dirty laundry. However can't see how it affects the company's financials going forward... "off field" the board will either restructure or settle down given time, "on field" the company is doing well.
I have been in and out of PNV over last 5 years, mainly done ok, I read all the posts here for better or worse. When the dust from this little episode settles I'll be buying back in at what looks to me a crazy discount. MOO obviously.
(My sentiment is buy soon but that's not an option LOL)
