Easy,
It's called lack of funds by small NT explorers over 40 years and cyclical Resources downturns, averaging 8 years per cycle and then Covid hit.
No Funds / No Fun! . No Money/ No Honey, as they say. The LMS MD snared the deal for a steal .. Right Time/Right Place/Right Price .. Deal done and Work starts immediately, Drilling about to happen after a 30 year gap of no proper drilling. No Luck here, it was the most opportunistic pick up I have ever seen in the NT.
Matt is not interested in snoozing when it comes to losing high value opportunities.
