I would say graphite mining CEOs have a decent excuse for struggling to meet investor expectations over the last 3 years. the graphite market went through a difficult time, none of these guys had much negotiating power.
This has recently started to change with Europe and America endeavouring to set up their own supply chains in order to reduce Chinese dominance.

Volt is not the only graphite stock that bounced from its low in the last few months. The sector is showing signs of reversal and that means the sectors CEOs are starting to gain some negotiating power.
