    Retracement? You know a retracement is a counter trend move, its really in the name, the chart redraws over areas its been before. PEN declining at these prices is not a retracement. Its a continuation of a trend towards all time lows. A retracement would be a move up in price at this point and what are you talking about with "the next leg up"? have you been viewing the charts up side down?
