The information out publicly does not only point to the DW, CEO dimension but also the alignment of all Board members with DW current or previous DW interests.
If these assertions are correct any Board 'solutions' will be in question while there is a lack of independent board membership.
IMO the underlying business is good but it will be in shareholders interest for governance issues to be addressed.
